I chose to join URBeautiful Fitness Studio because the owner Madz brings personal qualities to her work that make her classes and the studio special. She consistently offers support and motivation, both physically and mentally, knowing our mindset can be our biggest challenge or our greatest ally.  She brings fun and humour to her style of training which is so encouraging especially when ‘it burns’!
Classes are always varied and fun and really work on the areas women want to improve the most.  The URBeautiful community is friendly and supportive so whatever time or day I choose to attend a class I know I will be made to feel welcome by both the trainer and the other ladies .  The biggest motivator for me is the atmosphere of friendliness and fun so no matter how I’m feeling when I arrive I always feel great when I leave. For me it’s a good dose of self care on all levels and an enjoyable way to reach my fitness goals.
